What the average person does is usually bad for them. I go into detail and tell the benefits on topics such as, fasting, eating healthy, working out, taking cold showers, waking up before the sun rises and socializing with strangers. Each one of these the average person refuses to do because they are lazy. Which leads them to health problems, mental problems, being unproductive and others.
