Brooks Kirchheimer

Brooks Kirchheimer is the Co-Founder of the Leave Room for Dessert Eateries, and was nice enough to let us in. He shares the fluffiest Skillet Rolls, while we drink Gin & Tonic from Aviation, with an orange slice.

Brooks let's us know of his dreams as a child, and what it took to accomplish them. Brooks shares a few stories from the restaurant industry, including what it takes to help farmers in need.
