Kevin is a mapping guru, using the power of where to help investigate and close multiple cases throughout his tenure at HIDTA. Kevin and Jason share their thoughts on previous mapping programs, and how GIS for law enforcement has developed over the years to where it is today. Kevin since moved to Esri where he continues to hone his craft, and is currently a senior solutions engineer for Esri's Disaster Response Program.
