In this episode of the Being Better Everyday podcast, It is the end of 2023 and before you bounce into 2024 I wanted to guide you on reflecting on your past business year and setting intentional goals for the new year! I will walk you through practical steps such as gathering financials, defining your purpose, identifying your target markets, analyzing your offers and services, and setting revenue targets to set yourself up for success in 2024. While making a plan is great I also want to emphasize the flexibility of these plans and the importance of adapting to changes. Not everything is going to go as planned and that is ok!
