Housing and the cost of living rank the issues of most concern for Irish people. That’s according to the Autumn 2023 Eurobarometer Report for Ireland published today by the European Commission. The survey covers the period from October to November.
It found that over half of those surveyed cited housing as a key concern. Rising prices, inflation and the cost of living were the second most important issues of concern. Helen Kearns, the head of communications at the European Commission’s Representation in Dublin, gave more details about the survey.
