Anne Lasse is a holistic Life Coach who helps people get to know the gritty real authentic versions of themselves and live an integrated, connected life - true to who they are. She draws on her own life experience to support people with huge empathy, care and an uncanny ability to connect the dots.

Her journey - A childhood feeling of not belonging which intensified with a rocky start to the world of work, 10 years as a landscape architect where the story changed to one of grit, determination, impact and then burnout. Parenthood and moving countries during a pandemic became a catalyst for huge inner transformation, a return to health, discovery of who I am and how to live a more integrated and honest life with love, care, and compassion.
