Why rejecting New Year goal setting might be more useful!

Ah, the New Year, new me chants echo around the world as people make New Year resolutions (even though 90% of goals stutter before the end of January). So why not make goals? Well, they may be set under pressure to conform to the tradition of making plans on 1st January. Plus, there's enough new year anxiety without compounding the problem.

 

On this episode, I talk about rejecting goals and resolutions and give you some ideas of what to do instead. Keeping calm and lifting any pressure may be far more worthwhile than setting audacious goals.
