What’s On Today’s Agenda?
In today’s session, Beth Mulcahy, Esq. will provide a summary on the HOA/condo bills that have been introduced in this legislative session, then we will discuss everything you need to know about how to run legal and effective board meetings and annual meetings. Beth will be teaching you the proper planning, agenda preparation and procedure for conducting regular board meetings and annual meetings. She will also cover the use of virtual meetings, executive sessions, use of email to make decisions, minute taking, efficient and quick board meetings, and how the board can “shine” at annual meetings.
