Kylie Minogue 2009 | The Diva Series

Anyone who has read my blog for a while now knows that I have never been a huge fan of Kylie Minogue.  Not because of any particular reason, but mainly because I was unfamiliar with her music.  I'd have to say that if it weren't for the countless requests by you folks for a Diva Series featuring Kylie, this would have never been done. After putting together this mix, I can now honestly say "I get it."  I have been listening to this mix pretty much all week when I should have been previewing the mixes I was making for my upcoming Pride Edition.  Not unlike Madonna or even Britney Spears, there is magic here and the legions of obsessive fans that support Kylie is not only understandable but undeniable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MN15fZDuSsI For the most part, this mix fell together quite easily.  The varying styles of productions show a wide range of trends throughout the years; including mainstream, circuit, electro, and even progressive house.  Presented all in one, it shows the diversity and willingness to maintain her public identity by keeping up with the times.
