It helps you focus on solutions rather than dwelling on problems, fostering a positive and forward-thinking mindset.
I hate to be in a bad mood. And besides a good blue binge-worthy day in bed, I enjoy being upbeat. Because of this, I have the ability to quickly move to problem-solving. This may look like I don’t have deep emotions or go through painful times and that isn’t true but brooding and ruminating is a choice and when you can’t change the past, I don’t see any reason to hang out there. As with everything it seems it comes down to shifting your perspective.
