In her new book, The Divine Heart, Colette takes us on a journey, moving beyond relating to God as a belief system and into the experience of trusting one’s own spiritual intuition and experiences. She developed seven spiritual practices, “invitations” that can lead us into the healing energy of love.

Raised a Catholic, in her mid-twenties, Lafia married a Jewish man and set out to cultivate an interfaith perspective with love at its root. As years went by and she moved through a series of jobs from nonprofit director to school librarian, staying steady in a loving marriage that faced infertility, she felt the urge for more intimacy with the Divine to expand within herself and in her life.
