Indeed, the demands of work, school, and the presence of technological distractions can often hinder the quality time spent with family.

She focuses on creating genuine relational bonds centered around acceptance, gratitude, and shared value. Ambereen offers practical advice on improving family communications, nurturing connections, and overcoming common miscommunications.
