Episode 128: Healing Money Trauma With Alessandra

In a world where money ensures, in some ways, our survival, it is not surprising that many of us have grown with a sense of scarcity around money, or have been raised with certain beliefs about our own value in relation to money. Many of these beliefs can even be stored in our bodies, and it’s our bodies that reach out to us with the wisdom that tells us what we’re going through is not right. It’s actually a gift, that we can tune into ourselves in this way, and from this we can learn the ways to properly nurture ourselves so that we can continue nurturing others.

 

Alessandra is here looking for purpose. She’s been pursuing several new projects, and is wondering what possible financial blocks might be getting in the way of her being able to bring these projects into the world.
