Secret Space of Sisterhood

In this episode Michelle and Lesley expand on all things FEMALE!  We remember the angst of Jr. High School and how we can look back now and know that those moments made us stronger.  We discuss our take on ‘boundaries’, what we’ve learned over the years about guarding our ‘Yes’ and finding our ‘No’.  We share our experiences with getting our periods, having endometriosis and how we parented differently than previous generations based on what we’ve learned as women along the way.  We share a couple of good books that have helped us gain more knowledge around these topics and, of course, laugh a bit.
