Lex brings Latin stories, talent, brands, and culture to the global stage. His first documentary series followed the life of the most influential family in Latin music, The Montaners — it was the most-watched, non-scripted show in Latin America on Disney+ and one of the four most-streamed series in the United States.

Lex’s unquenchable thirst for innovation led him to acquire the multimedia Firm ARRO Media, which evolved into the AM16 Agency in 2023. He lives by the company motto in all his business endeavors: “Fear nothing, impact everything.”
