Join us as we discuss "The Power of Music Therapy," with Kathleen Anderson. Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from UCONN and her master's degree in Multiple Intelligence through the Arts from St. Joseph's University. She completed her thesis in mindfulness and music. Kathleen is the Music Director for the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Youth Orchestra & String Ensemble, Music Director & Educator at Tourtellotte Memorial High School in Thompson, CT, YTT Yoga certified and incorporates mindfulness practices in all of her works. Kathleen shares the power of music and its healing abilities and how she has personally integrated music therapy in her teachings.
