Way back in the mists of time in 2020, I had the chance to interview a startup restaurant owner about his small location serving to-go burgers with fun details that made them deliciously adaptable to many palates.
That restaurant is Best Burger and on this episode we are checking in three years later with owner, operator, and cook Universal.
