In this episode of My Love of Life Energy, I am speaking with Three Principles coach Nikki Welch about the nature of the greater intelligence of life or the human operating system. When we explore and notice the system behind our experience, it is not only helpful for everyone but also allows for a greater experience of life. Nikki shares what she saw for herself whilst exploring the principles. For example, she saw that her habit of taking on everything upon herself was actually a limitation. By relinquishing such things, more space was created for interesting things to happen and to have a richer experience of life. Nikki discusses the energy that is invisible yet crucial and always available to everyone.

Nikki was the general manager of a wine business before founding her own creative and digital ventures in wine and hospitality. She loves being able to see the impact and application of Naturally High Performance in her own ventures to help her share it more clearly with others in theirs.
