One area that Erin see’s her work really helps is in public speaking and training. Through her work as a hypnotherapist, she helps ease all sorts of anxieties by guiding her clients through all the motions of the day - this has the effect of making clients feel like they have already been through the day and while the practice may not make perfect, but it can definitely make us less anxious.
