Møbelgiganten IKEA har i dag en ligelig fordeling af mænd og kvinder i bestyrelse, direktion og blandt samtlige 3.100 medarbejdere. Men der er stadig hjørner af koncernen, hvor balancen halter, for eksempel på lageret, der totalt domineres af mænd. Derfor bliver alle ledere nu målt på, om kønsbalancen er i orden i alle afdelinger – også på de områder, hvor kvinderne er i overtal.
