This (audio) video has been made due to the number of emails received talking of bad employers who don't or won't consider Reasonable Adjustments in the workplace. This (audio) video contains all of my live and current Reasonable Adjustments that I have with my employer. This is from the perspective of Autism, but will also apply to all recognised disabilities under the Equality Act 2010 in England. It may also appear that England having this legislation means it is easy to get Reasonable Adjustments, but it really isn't. So much so, that I have left my last three employers over this subject.
