About Martin Capelle:

Martin Capelle is a senior trainer and owner of CCTC  (Consulting Coaching Training Capelle). 

A professional with 25+ years experience in training, coaching and consulting. 

His areas of expertise are Leadership and Top Management training and coaching, Sales, Negotiation, Team Development and Coaching, Decision Making processes, etc.

He has worked with many companies such as British Telecom, Sony Ericsson, Computacenter, Siemens AG and Siemens Energy.

Prior to starting his own Company 13 years ago he worked for Krauthammer International Team in Germany for 17 years where he, amongst other responsibilities, did internal Train-the-Trainer programs for new Consultants.

Martin has worked with clients in Europe, Asia, India, South Africa and North America. His working languages are German and English.

With a background in the Military (12 years Federal German Navy, certified CO of a submarine), a Master Degree in Economics and 4 years of sales experience in the capital goods industry Martin has a profound basis for his coaching and Training projects. 

Martin lives in Germany, happily married and having two sons aged 34 and 32.
