Moscow Attack: Islamic State Claims Credit, Putin Blames Ukraine | Vantage with Palki Sharma
Moscow suffered one of its deadliest terror attacks in the Russian history on Friday (March 22, 2024).
Terrorists raided a concert hall outside Moscow and opened gunfire, resulting in the deaths of at least 137 individuals.
Russian authorities have detained 11 individuals, including the four main assailants.
The Islamic State Khorasan province (ISKP) has claimed responsibility for the attack.
But Russian President Vladimir Putin is blaming Ukraine.
Over the weekend, ISIS-K released a bodycam footage showcasing the assault in the concert hall.
