In today’s episode, Sari talks to Rachel, owner of Fika Coffee, a mobile coffee cart serving the KC Metro area. Fika is a Swedish word that translates to “take a break for coffee and a sweet treat”. It has been her lifelong dream to own a coffee shop and stay true to her Swedish roots by bringing Fika to KC.
