In this episode, I delve into the fascinating world of "channeling" and its intricate relationship with elements of the unconscious mind.
Contrary to popular belief, channeling isn't always about connecting with something divine.
Often, it involves interactions with various aspects of the Self that reside outside of our conscious awareness.
These elements include the shadow, ego, persona, anima/animus, hero, warrior, lover, and more.
Channeling can be a profound tool for self-discovery, allowing us to tap into these hidden parts of ourselves through symbolism, metaphor, story, allegory, and myth. In this episode, I enter a "trance" or active imagination state to converse with different aspects of my Self.
Through this journey, we uncover valuable insights and deepen our understanding of our inner world.
