  • Interviews are not for you, but for the company you are trying to join. Allow it to work naturally because if you are not a good fit, this is the best time to find out.
  • Common Interview Questions:
  1. Tell Me About Yourself:
  1. Purpose: To understand your background, experiences, and how they relate to the job.
    1. How to Answer: Provide a brief summary of your education, work experience, and relevant skills, focusing on how they align with the job you're applying for.
  1. Why Do You Want to Work Here?
    1. Purpose: To gauge your interest in the company and the role.
    2. How to Answer: Research the company beforehand and highlight what excites you about the company’s mission, culture, and the specific role.
  2. What Are Your Strengths and Weaknesses?
