Rushing River | One Hour

Picture yourself sitting on a boulder next a rushing river. The sky reflects in the water. A bird calls. The frogs answer. Relax and close your eyes. Let the sounds of the river pull away your anxiety. Focus on the sound of the water. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.

Why I made this soundscape:

I haven’t been sleeping this week. I find myself up at 2:00 AM flipping through Netflix. The other night I finally did fall asleep and I had a dream. I was asking my father for money and he took out a chart showing how much money he had given me over the years. I woke up in a sweat and went downstairs to heat up some soup. So, I made this river soundscape to see if it would help.
