Operation Longevity: Promoting Mental Health and Well-being for First Responders with Dr. Peter Cullen
William Parker is the creator of Operation Longevity, a program aimed at promoting mental health and wellbeing for first responders. Parker also works to address the issue of stigma around seeking mental health support, and plans to introduce a forum and Doctor Peter Cullen, a psychologist and former police officer, created the program "Operational Longevity" to help first responders and law enforcement professionals deal with the stress in their lives. The program focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection and includes elements of mindfulness, resilience, and meditation.
