The Spirituality of Yoga

Patty and guest Jenny Rhodes of Aligned Yoga discuss the spiritual aspects of a yoga practice and its importance and benefits.  Jenny shares the story of her personal awakening through yoga as well as tips and suggestions to help the listener establish their own sacred practice.
