Melissa reminds us that the definition of a boundary is “Rules and guidelines we set in our personal guidelines.” There are real, tangible benefits to having boundaries and enforcing them. You need to feel comfortable and safe first, and then you can worry about others. Boundaries also affect our client relationships. Hilary expands on client discernment and how it ties into relationship and boundary setting. And Jaymi reminds everyone about how hard enforcing boundaries can be.
