In today's episode, I riff a bit on some aha moments I've had over the last few months during my monthly massage appointments. Bringing curiosity into my sessions has helped me deepen my connection to my body and also learn more about what causes the pain that shows up as knots and ways I can mitigate it. I also use breathwork to move through the pain when my RMT is working out some of the knots in my neck, back and shoulders. If body awareness is a new topic, I encourage you to pop back to episode 2 of the podcast and have a listen.
