She said the nation celebrates unions and should be thanked for a five-day work week, sick leave, paid leave, and vacation time.
Two ---- Possession of hard drugs is once again a crime in Oregon as the state's decriminalization experiment officially ended Sunday. Portland police say people caught with hard drugs will be handcuffed while officers check for any outstanding warrants. If none are found, the person may be offered deflection, which is the option of treatment over jail time.
And number three — President Biden says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu isn't doing enough to a secure hostage deal with Hamas. Speaking to reporters at the White House, Biden said he remains hopeful that a deal will get done. The President said he spoke to the parents of an Israeli-American hostage that was found dead over the weekend.
