There was seriously good banter when I recently interviewed professional runners and founders of RunAsOne, Izzi Batt-Doyle and Riley Cocks.

Izzi and Riley have been dating for a few years, so it was really interesting to hear them dish the dirt on each other and find out about their early days when they first met.

We also spoke about whether or not the Tokyo Olympics should go ahead this year and the potential risks that could come with it, their individual careers and passion for running, and their new very popular business RunAsOne.
