Wayne and I spoke about founding his business, PukaUp and shared some incredibly deep stories about his mental health battles, how he overcame them and advice for those that are doing it tough out there.

We also had a lighthearted chat about Wayne's AFL career at the Kangaroos and the Sydney Swans. Thanks so much to Keryn from Soda Communications for teeing up the chat with Wayne, to Swatta for his time and being so open with sharing his mental health battles, to Matt Pill from Matchday Productions and PodBooth for a great job of putting together this wonderful video.
