A Lesson on "Learnings From This Past Year"

Every year when my Birthday comes around, I like to take some time to reflect on the past year, and think about what went well, what challenged me to grow, and the lessons learned. In today's episode, I figured I'd share with you a few of the lessons I experienced from my 37th year which have helped me grow into the Morgan I find myself as today. My hope is that you're able to resonate with at least one of the concepts shared, and begin to apply it to your life to create more inner peace, joy, and growth on your own journey. Enjoy!
