General Hospital spoilers see Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is on a daring mission that could lead to her dramatic exit from the popular ABC soap. With her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins)
both facing life-threatening crises, Sam is left in a tight spot. 

General Hospital sees Alexis is awaiting trial for the alleged murder of agent John Cates (Adam Harrington), while Lulu is suffering from liver failure and desperately needs a donor. Sam's plan involves diving into chilling river waters in search of a gun that could prove her mother's innocence. However, the dangerous dive could end in tragedy, possibly leaving Alexis and Lulu as the beneficiaries of Sam's heroism.
