Whether it was in Zechariah's day, or today; we, the Lord's people must take up the responsibility that the Lord has assigned. Even if the previous generation chose not to fulfill all the Lord had for that generation to accomplish, the Lord already purposed to strengthen that next generation to accomplish what they needed to do. He [The Lord] knew that they would be the ones to move on; in similar manner to Abraham and his father. And sometimes it takes hearing the Lord's instructions for a while, for people to get their courage built up.
