Keith is a certified Force Science Analyst, Force Science MOI (Method of Instruction) Curriculum Development Specialist, and a certified Forensic and Enhanced Cognitive Interviewing Specialist. Additionally, he is also a court-recognized expert witness focusing on law enforcement training, use-of-force, and criminal and civil liability surrounding use-of-force applications.
