Order Your Desires

The last commandment says “Do not covet.” But what does that mean? We don't use this word regularly, but we all do it. We want what other people have - more money, better job, nicer car, bigger home. These desires can lead to negative attitudes and move us away from God. But we see that coveting is at the heart of all the commandments. Jesus frames this command in a new way and shows us where to focus our desire. When we listen to Jesus and focus on the things that really matter, we'll truly find our way to the good life.
