Thunderstruck: Kevin McCarthy removed as Speaker of the House

It happened, the Speaker has been removed and the House is shutdown until a new Speaker is elected.  What does this all mean and where do we go from here?  I lay it all out in this episode, along with a little known piece of trivia about a letter that the Speaker has to send when he or she is elected Speaker.
