God doesn’t want you to simply be a Christian; He wants you to be a citizen of His Kingdom. Jesus never preached any religion during His time on earth.

 

If Christianity were truly important, why didn’t Jesus focus on it? All He ever preached was the Kingdom of God.

 

Christianity started well, but over time, corruption crept in (Acts 20:29-30, "I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.

 

Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves.").
