Im Jahr 2025 sollen bereits die ersten Flüge von vollständig importsubstituierenden Flugzeugen stattfinden. Auf diese Weise wird Russland dem Westen seine Fähigkeit zur Herstellung von Flugzeugen demonstrieren, die zu 100 Prozent aus einheimischen Bauteilen und unabhängig von westlichen Triebwerken und Komponenten gefertigt werden.
