Journalister, medier og politikere har fået et kollektivt crush på Bluesky. Spørgsmålet er, hvor kommunikatørerne skal stille sig i den udvikling. Marcus Stoltze har for længst sendt sin organisation, Dansk Erhverv, ud på platformen. Efter hans vurdering er der lige nu mere effektiv adgang til de relevante målgrupper på Bluesky end på X. Og ved udgangen af 2025 spår han, at flere organisationer helt har forladt X. Nathalie C. Larsen er mere skeptisk. Hun savner at se, at Bluesky vil være mere og andet end det gamle Twitter.
