Description: During this time of the year, a lot of us love to watch Christmas movies. One of the classics is called “A Christmas Story”. The main character is a 9 year old boy named Ralphie and all he wants for Christmas is a Red Ryder BB Gun. But his mom, his teacher, and even the mall Santa, all tell him what? “You’ll shoot your eye out kid”. I think sometimes we can view Jesus in a similar way, especially this time of the year. We still see Him as a helpless baby in a manger to be adored instead of Almighty God to be feared. Join us as Pastor Carlo Mendoza continues our message series “The Promise of Christmas”.
