Diana invites us to reflect on how we’re really doing: “How’s your head? How’s your heart? How’s your soul?” It’s okay if you’re just hanging in there; God is in your corner and will show up in ways you might not expect.

Our affirmation this week is from John 16:33, reminding us: “Although I have trouble in this world, in Christ I have peace, because He has overcome the world.” Hold onto this truth, Sisters.

We dive into Romans 8:31-32, 37-39, where we’re reassured of God’s unwavering love for us. Diana shares her personal reflections on how returning to the Gospels has helped her navigate a challenging season, finding strength and hope through the stories of Jesus.

In “Where is God in My Mess?” by Joyce Meyer, we explore the power of our words. Based on Proverbs 18:21, we’re encouraged to think carefully about the words we speak over ourselves and others, remembering that life and death are in the power of the tongue.

Help me to speak life to everyone I encounter and be a light for You with every word that comes out of my mouth. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
