Having always struggled academically, Bobby Castro told his mother in ninth grade that school wasn’t for him. A hard-working woman with three jobs, she told him it was okay to quit and start working. Bobby did and it was the best thing for him.

From a large family, work became a welcoming space for him, one in which he could create. He has never stopped creating, owning over 400 million in real estate and selling his company for one billion. He believes in viewing his people as partners, encouraging them to grow and learn. He has helped his people and business grow so much that he has received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award. He led his BHG to the Forbes 505,000 list 13 times and has been featured in numerous magazines.
