#63: Lady, you have what it takes! Beat the System

It’s what you know. It’s a system that may take you years to see how it is set up for a small group. You, me and every other woman no matter the race, religion or creed doesn’t operate at the top of the system no matter how fantastic of a leader you happen to be.  

I know if you are listening, you are not a victim to the system, because being a victim means helpless to change. That’s not what we are going for, understanding how it currently hobbles along doesn’t work for many.

Today, I am sharing from a historical and present day perspective. From wealth disparities to the “in your face” societal norms, nod your head along to how it perpetuates inequality and has us feeling guilty or ashamed while trying to chase down the feeling of success.

It isn’t about blame—it’s about clarity. You’ll gain insight into the unseen forces shaping your beliefs, relationships, and self-worth to change the balance of power.
