Not every thriving student is okay. Some of the most high-achieving, responsible kids in your classroom are carrying silent burdens you can’t see. I know—because I was one of them. Behind the straight A’s, leadership roles, and work ethic, I was barely holding on, hiding years of instability, foster care, and trauma.

In this episode, I’m sharing my story—the story of a student who looked successful on the outside but was silently struggling on the inside.
