Following on from our previous episode, we take a look at Strategies for Property Investment. In Episode 024 this is where we look at the different elements that should be considered when building out your strategy if you intend to invest in property.

Areas that we discuss include location of the property, what you should include in your strategy, management of properties, what type of property you intend to invest in, market research and a whole lot more! We also discuss risk and how the property market is just that, a market, in which prices can go up and down, therefore this is the same as your finances.
