We hear from our "Mana Wahine" featured athlete of the week, Hawai'i T&F high jumper Lilian Turban, as she sat down with Ku'ulei Agbayani to talk about her journey from Estonia to the islands & how track and field has been in her destiny forever.

The first hour closes with a preview of the HHSAA girls' basketball state championship tournaments beginning this week as 'Iolani looks for another crown and Division II awaits a new team to take the throne.
